- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 15 days before course start: % refund
- If a course is cancelled between 29 and 15 days before course start: % refund

En caso de una renuncia, el participante incurrirá en las siguientes multas calculadas sobre la cuota de participación entera: un) hasta 30 días de preaviso desde el inicio del curso: completo reembolso excepto gastos bancarios y gastos de inscripción.
b) cancelación entre 29 y 15 días desde el inicio del curso: multa de 50% de la cantidad total, además de los gastos de honorarios y banco de registro.
c) ningún reembolso en caso de cancelación de 14 días antes del comienzo del curso
