- Services must be paid in full 3 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Para la reserva de la oferta educativa debe realizarse transferencia bancaria del 20% del importe total del precio del programa elegido a favor de Hotel Casa Anita.
En la transferencia debe constar claramente el nombre y apellidos de la persona que se inscribe y la fecha de realización del curso, para que exista una correcta identificación. El importe total de la oferta educativa (menos la cantidad ingresada en concepto de reserva) debe pagarse al finalizar la estancia. El envío de transferencias origina gastos tanto en el banco emisor como en el receptor. Estos gastos bancarios son por cuenta del solicitante por lo que han de incluirse en cada transferencia
