Our Working Life course facilitates those soft skills required to develop and move on in your career.

The syllabus includes CV writing, interview skills, the importance of body language in the workplace and communication skills.

You will develop the necessary skills to be able to problem solve confidently in a work environment and learn from day to day challenges.

This is a one-week course.

This course is available every first Monday of the month between January 8th and June 4th 2018. One week only, includes a visit to a local business.

Minimum English level required: B1.

A Working Life Lite course is also available for closed groups (minimum 4 students) specifically aimed at 16 year-old young adults who are in the process of choosing a specific career path and to introduce the concept of life in the workplace in a constructive and enthusiastic way.

- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 30 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If a course is cancelled between 29 and 15 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- If a course is cancelled between 14 and 1 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 85 GBP Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing to Europa School of English. Fees will be retained according to when notice is received.

30 days and more: 85 GBP non-refundable deposit retained
29-15 days: 85 GBP deposit and 1 week course fee retained
14-1 days: 85 GBP deposit and 1 week course & accommodation fee retained
7-1 days – 80% of the total fees retained
On day of arrival/no show - total fees retained
