- Services must be paid in full 15 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Visa Refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:

- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

Pago curso y alojamiento debe recibir 15 días antes de la fecha de comienzo del curso.
En caso de denegación del visado, se devolverá todos los gastos pagados, excepto el registro honorarios y honorarios pagaron por servicios solicitados por el alumno como cuota de Sevis, tarifas de mensajería etc..
No se realizará clases perdió debido a las fiestas nacionales o de fuerza mayor. Clases privadas no se perderán.
