- Services must be paid in full 7 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- A cancellation fee of € 200 applies when a course is cancelled less than 1 week/s before the course commencement date.
- A cancellation fee of € 200 applies when a course is cancelled less than 1 week before course commencement date.

Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 0 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

CONDICIONES ECONÓMICAS: Baja del Centro: el alumno deberá informar de su intención antes del día 25 del mes anterior de la baja; el alumno no tendrá derecho a la devolución.
En caso de darse de baja, el alumno perderá el derecho al material del curso pendiente.
