- Servicios deben pagarse en su totalidad 14 días antes del curso se inicia con el fin de completar la inscripción y asegurar un lugar en el curso y alojamiento.

Política de Cancelación
- La cancelación debe ser comunicada por escrito a la escuela por la persona que reservado el curso.
- No se permitirá ningún cambio de rumbo para compensar los reembolsos en caso de cancelación del curso.
- Donde se recibe la cancelación 14 días después de matriculación allí no habrá ningún reembolso alguno.
- El depósito no es reembolsable.
- Cuotas de inscripción no son reembolsables.
- La cuota de inscripción no son reembolsables.
- Tasa de reserva de alojamiento no son reembolsables.
- Después de un curso haya comenzado allí no es reservado ningún reembolso por cualquier alojamiento o cualquier otro elemento.
- No matrícula son reembolsos para llegadas tardías, salidas anticipadas o ausencias, por cualquier motivo, de las clases en cualquier curso.
- Si un estudiante está ausente por uno o más semanas a la vez, se pueden hacer arreglos para que la duración del curso que se extenderá en ningún coste adicional.
Política de reembolso
- Las reservas pueden ser canceladas hasta 2 semanas previas al inicio del curso sin pena ni pagar.
- Una tarifa de cancelación de € 250 se aplica cuando se cancela un curso menos de 2 semana/s antes de la fecha de comienzo del curso.
Rechazo de Visado
- En el caso de una visa es rechazada al estudiante, la escuela cobrará 250 Euros y el saldo restante serán devuelto al estudiante sobre el recibo de una original carta de denegación de VISA.
Otros Términos
Paying
Students who DO NOT need a Visa have to pay £80 for joining the college. (Registration fee)
Students who DO need a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) or Letter of Sponsorship (for visa) have to pay £200 for joining the college. (Registration fee)
Students who need a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) or Letter of Sponsorship (for visa) have to pay half their fees when joining the College.
The fees should be paid two weeks before you start your course.
If you pay by credit card you have to pay a 3.5% extra charge.
Fees do not include books, exam fees and most activities.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you want to cancel a course, you must do so in writing 2 weeks before you start the course to get a refund of your course fees.
If you cancel a course without telling us 2 weeks in advance you will not get a refund.
Refunds will only be given in the following circumstances:
Visa rejection - The Embassy Letter of Refusal must be sent to the College to apply for the refund. Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing visa refunds. The registration fee is NOT refundable.
Illness - if you are ill you will need to give us a valid certificate from a doctor.
Special personal circumstances will be considered at the discretion of the College Director.
The College will keep £200 for processing refunds and all bank charges must be paid by the prospective student. In all cases contact the College at the earliest opportunity as we may be able to help in other ways such as later start dates.
Visa Obligations
Attendance: Students granted a student visa must report to College on the date the course starts, and then attend at least 15 hours tuition per week. Students failing to comply with Visa Regulations will be reported to the UK Border Agency.
Accommodation
Homestay accommodation is organised by the College. A non-refundable £80 finding fee applies.
If you want to cancel your Homestay accommodation, you must do so in writing at least 2 weeks before you want to cancel the accommodation.
If you cancel a course without telling us 2 weeks in advance you have to pay up to 2 weeks of the accommodation fees.
Students must obey the Rules and Regulations of living in Homestay accommodation. A copy of these will be given to the student on arrival.
Insurance
The College accepts no responsibility for loss of property either within or outside the College.
Students are advised to purchase insurance, including medical insurance, before leaving their own country.
Students staying in Host Families should make sure that their insurance will cover any accidental damage to the property or possessions of the family.
General
The minimum student age is 5 years old.
Children will not be put in a class with adults.
The minimum age for adult classes is 16.
The maximum class size is 15 students.
The school closes for the last two weeks in December and the first week in January, and all UK bank holidays.
No fee reduction is made for weeks with a bank holiday.
The College’s social activities programme contains either free or low cost activities.
The number of organised social activities will vary at different times of year, with more available in summer and less in winter. See the notice boards for latest details.
In all cases the decision of the Directors will be final on all students and teachers.
The Student Handbook containing more about College policies is available on request; there is always a copy in the student study room.
